The Boomers are the talk of the town in Rio de Janeiro while China are seeking their first victory of the 2016 Olympic Games so this shapes as a one-way game - particularly given that Australia defeated 82-53 in the teams' final tournament warm-up fixture.

Following victories over France and Serbia before their impressive showing against Team USA, the Boomers will be looking to enhance their chances of securing second spot with a win over China. Second spot in the group is vital as a potential rematch with Team USA cannot then occur until the gold medal game.

China, meanwhile, have been swept aside by the U.S. and France before fighting valiantly against Venezuela in their third group game, going down by four points.

Led by backcourt duo Patty Mills - leading all scorers - and Matthew Dellavedova - leading assists - along with defensive stalwart Andrew Bogut, the Boomers will be hoping to make light work of China and get some much needed rest into the legs before the quarterfinals.
