Many of Pacquiao's previous opponents have cited the challenges in facing his style. Punches thrown from absurd stances and angles, sudden changes in pace and an overall attack that sometimes seems frantic are part of the package. Rios is quite the contrary. He is frontal, aggressive and persistent, but there is virtually no variation in his style. He always fights hard, but with no surprises.
