ESPN.com Power Rankings 2013

4. Duke
Save UCLA in the John Wooden era, no program in college hoops history has spent as many consecutive weeks (113) ranked inside the Associated Press top 10. Why stop now? Mike Krzyzewski has a typically balanced, talented group of returners at his disposal in 2013-14, when a very solid backcourt (Quinn Cook, Rasheed Sulaimon) will be joined by a top-tier transfer (Rodney Hood), a reinstalled sharpshooter (Andre Dawkins) and one of the most talented and touted prospects (freshman Jabari Parker) Krzyzewski has ever coached. The Blue Devils will compete for the national title, of course, but they'll also play some thrilling offensive basketball in the process.
