15. Wichita State
It took March's Final Four appearance for the wider sports world to take notice of Wichita State. In truth, the Shockers (and their raucous Koch Center fans) have been consistently excellent under coach Gregg Marshall. (All told, the 2011-12 team was probably better than last season's group.) Marshall turned down every last one of the jobs thrown at him this spring: As Marshall told the media then, he has a "good life" in Wichita. With star forward Cleanthony Early on the cusp of an All-America-level season, his 2013-14 Shockers are no exception.
