De'Anthony Thomas
Kick returner | OregonOver the past two seasons, De'Anthony Thomas probably leads the nation in spectacular plays. When he gets the ball, the entire stadium holds its collective breath. While he's expected to be mostly a running back this fall, he has been a hybrid runner/receiver since he's been at Oregon. Where he's been most consistent, though, is on special teams. He posted a 17.1 punt return average (one touchdown) and a 24.3 kickoff return average (one touchdown, notably to start the Fiesta Bowl against Kansas State), giving him an average of 135.2 yards per game. -- Ted Miller
