Ryan Allen
Punter | Louisiana TechHardware for the best punter in the country has started to accumulate in tiny Ruston, La. Allen became the first winner of consecutive Ray Guy Awards and can now call himself an All-American. On a high-powered offensive team, Allen gave the Bulldogs another dimension, averaging a nation's-best 48 yards a punt, a yard per punt better than the next competitor. The Salem, Ore., native, who transferred to Tech from Oregon State after his sophomore season, also saw 20 of his 45 punts downed inside the 20, a sign he wasn't just booming touchbacks.
