10. UCLA
Other than Kentucky, UCLA boasts more pure talent than any other program in the country. Still, those "Bruins are back!" chants may be a bit premature. Kyle Anderson was cleared by the NCAA this week, but Shabazz Muhammad -- the gem of UCLA's No. 1-ranked recruiting class -- has yet to be declared eligible by the NCAA. If he's allowed to compete, Ben Howland's squad could blossom into a Final Four contender after missing the NCAA tournament two of the past three seasons. Even though the freshmen have created the most offseason buzz, the Bruins will also depend heavily on former UNC point guard Larry Drew III, who is expected to start after sitting out last season. Another key will be whether highly skilled forward Josh Smith can keep his weight below 300 pounds. -- Jason King
