CGD Eco Challenge
Energy Stewardship Program (ESP): Six full-time Energy Stewards work closely with students, faculty, staff to educate, inform and raise awareness about opportunities for improving energy efficiency and conservation; to obtain feedback to ensure customer needs are met while improving building operating conditions; to eliminate waste, and to effectively ensure the responsible use of energy. In FY12 the Energy Stewards identified $900,000 in cost avoidance opportunities and are working on implementation.
