Ladarius Green
Tight End | Louisiana-LafayetteIt was a 50-yard field goal as time expired that lifted the Ragin' Cajuns to a win over San Diego State in the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl. But it was Green who put his team in position to be successful.
The 6-foot-6, 230-pound tight end was a mismatch for the Aztecs' smaller defenders, and ULL quarterback Blaine Gautier exploited that mismatch, connecting with Green five times for 121 receiving yards that included a 20-yard touchdown pass just 59 seconds into the second half. Green finished with a whopping 24.2 yards per catch average that also included a 44-yard reception.
