Cliff Harris
Kick returner | OregonOregon junior Cliff Harris returned four punts for touchdowns last season and had a fifth called back because of a penalty. None of those include the career-long 79-yard return against Washington. Harris lured the Huskies to the middle of the field, then beat them around the corner and raced down the sideline. The four scores led the FBS, and he finished second with 18.8 yards per return. Last April, Harris did what few special teams have proved they can do -- stop Harris. He earned a suspension of at least one game after an arrest for driving 118 mph on a suspended license. Harris has a gift for changing directions at full speed. Now we see if he can do so off the field.
