Mike Sadler
Punter | Michigan StateMichigan State has the nation's No. 1 defense, and you can consider Sadler its 12th man for the way he provides field-position advantages. Nearly half of his punts this season were downed inside the 20-yard line. He leads the FBS with 19 punts inside the opponent's 10, including seven inside the 5. Four times versus Nebraska he pinned the Cornhuskers inside their 10. Teams couldn't turn their backs on Sadler, either; he ran for first downs on two daring fakes this year, helping the Spartans clinch wins at Nebraska and Iowa. He's more than just a punter. He's a weapon. -- Brian Bennett
