There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for snow to fall anymore. Between the Farmers' Almanac predicting winter weather through the color of caterpillars and the misjudgments of the local weatherman, we have to be leery in what we believe. This is something that is out of our hands and as much as we like to complain and pray for snow, every few years there has to be a miserable season. Thankfully there is an easy answer to all of this madness: Find fun in everything you do and with whatever you have to work with. It's the only way to survive.

Winter has yet to hit Colorado with its full fury, but fortunately for those of us in Colorado our resorts have the snowmaking capabilities and the sheer drive to build colossal park setups. So it feels like we are in the best place you could be for the start of the season. Even with the lack of white stuff, we have been dedicated to getting shots and showing that it doesn't take a whole lot to enjoy yourself. Between Breckenridge and Keystone we filmed this early season video of nothing absolutely breathtaking but mainly keeping our eye on the fun.
