Wouldn't a new surfboard for the winter be nice? And wouldn't a new surfboard for the winter hand-shaped by master craftsman Bob Pearson be even better? Of course it would.

Designed and built specially for the new movie "Chasing Mavericks," the feature-film story of Jay Moriarity, we have two surfboards to give away. Specifically, they are 6'4" squash tails, 18 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" thick. They're identical to the board that Moriarity's character rides in several scenes in the film. So if free surfboards, big waves and living like Jay are your thing, read on to find out how to enter.

To enter, you have to be a registered user, and you have to abide by the full contest rules. A free stick's a valuable thing, so you're going to have to earn it.

To win the board: It's simple. Put on your thinking cap and start commenting on this post in the comment section below, giving us your best caption for the photo above. The ESPN Action Sports editors will choose the winner. We enjoy a good chuckle, so try a little wit, please.

The Arrow Surfboards Jay models are up for grabs courtesy of Dolby Laboratories, creators of Dolby Atmos, the latest and greatest in cinema technology employing overhead speakers to create a more immersive entertainment experience. For more check out this interview with sound mixer Craig Hennigan to learn how he was able to create the sound environment exclusively for "Chasing Mavericks."

The contest begins Nov. 1 and closes at midnight (ET) on Nov. 15. We will announce the winners right here on Nov. 20. Good luck.
