Rumors were circulating that Washington, ranked No. 95 in the ESPNU 150 and the second-best player in the state of Ohio, committed to the in-state Buckeyes Thursday afternoon.In an interview Tuesday with ESPN.com, Washington was asked if the Buckeyes were the favorites.
