Rafe Kiely (Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton North) needed a lot of things go his way just to get into position to accept FBS scholarship offers, but it looks like now he's on the fast track. "There were a lot of question marks concerning Rafe after his junior season," said Wheaton North coach Joe Wardynski. "We needed him to step up, take a leadership role and then he needed to get stronger, quicker and faster. All of the above were accomplished."While schools from major FBS conferences are still talking to Kiely, he has a couple of options that he's mulling over right now."Army and Wyoming have both offered me a scholarship," said the 6-foot-3, 285-pound guard. "I haven't scheduled any official visits yet but I do plan on taking care of that in December. My recruiting is really starting to pick up. Oregon State, Arizona, Illinois, Northern Illinois and Kanas are in touch on a weekly basis. I hope to have some good news soon."Daniel still hoping on SEC offers
