FEW COACHES REACH the Final Four. Even fewer win an NCAA championship. I'm not a member of that elite club yet, but the hell if I don't think I have what it takes. Tom Izzo may have six Final Four appearances, but before that he had none. Does that mean he didn't always have what it took? Of course not. He just needed some experience. But, this season aside, he clearly has a knack for making the most of an opportunity. And that's as much as anyone can ever hope to accomplish.
