Latavius Murray, Menelik Watson return to practice for Raiders

ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Officially, running back Latavius Murray practiced in a limited fashion on Wednesday, his first action since suffering a turf toe injury at the Baltimore Ravens on Oct. 2 that kept him out of the past two games.
