Jeryl Brazil (Loranger, La./Loranger) will stay home and play his football at LSU. Brazil, 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds, committed to the Tigers over Southern Miss."I just committed to LSU," Brazil said. "I like the program. It's a state school and I think I can fit in with them. It's a place where I really felt at home. I really like Coach [Les] Miles. He's a great coach. I like the whole staff."Brazil says he may get an opportunity to play on both sides of the ball."They like me at cornerback and in the slot on offense," Brazil said. "I think I am becoming a very good defensive back. I have speed and can cover guys. I am quick, have ball awareness, and good hands. I just make plays."Last season as a junior Brazil posted 21 touchdowns.
