The Atlanta Hawks currently have 17 players under contract, which leaves three open spots on their training camp roster with camp opening in less than two weeks. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Hawks continue to audition free agents for those three open spots.

Chris Vivlamore reports forward Ryan Kelly (Lakers free agent) and guards Xavier Munford (Grizzlies free agent) and Dionte Christmas were part of the group that has been put through workouts.

The Hawks open training camp on Sept. 26 and currently 16 of the 17 players under contract have fully guaranteed salaries for the 2016-17 season, which will make it difficult for any new signing to make the opening night roster.
