• Projecting El Tri's 2014 World Cup roster

Mexico hasn't had the start to 2013 that coach Jose Manuel de la Torre would've liked. El Tri's scoreless draw against Jamaica was a massive disappointment and the 1-1 tie against Denmark that preceded it was also far from inspiring.

But in wrestling over decisions for the Brazil Board 3.0, our latest projection of the 2014 El Tri World Cup roster, we've decided now is not the time to panic and give the starting 11 a huge overhaul. Instead, we'll tinker only at the fringes. At the same time, there are new areas of concern and those players on the fringes are now that much closer to the team.
