On Tuesday we revealed one half of our bracket for the 2010 March Madhouse NASCAR All-Time Tournament. Today we roll out the other side of the sheet.
We begin with our North region, which encompasses Virginia and all points north up the eastern seaboard, then expands westward into the upper Midwest. The result is a mix of regional legends that you may not be too familiar with and the modern stars that have come to NASCAR through its late 1990s westward expansion.
