DETROIT -- This is starting to feel like UNLV-Duke, 1990.
The Runnin' Rebels ran the Blue Devils off the court by 30 in that title game. North Carolina might do worse than that to Michigan State here tonight.
The lead is now 20. The largest halftime lead in NCAA championship game history is 18 points, by Ohio State over California in 1960.
Maybe we all put too much stock in the Michigan State Is A Much Better Team Than In December story line. Because Carolina looks better too, and we know it won that one by 35.
