Spartans seem fresher

DETROIT -- UConn is on the ropes. You can feel it.
Michigan State's rotation of bodies appears to be winning the stamina battle, as the Spartans have converted several transition baskets so far this half. They appear to be fresher and faster getting downcourt and their relentless defense is forcing turnovers.
At the under-12 timeout its State ball, up four. If they get a basket here off a set play out of the timeout, the Huskies will start feeling some real game pressure.
