Brewers prospect Cain out with knee injury

Brewers prospect Lorenzo Cain's knee injury is not as serious as originally feared, according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation.The 23-year-old center fielder hurt his left knee diving for a fly ball on Thursday, tearing his posterior cruciate ligament. The injury will not require surgery, but Cain will be out of action for at least four to six weeks. Cain was 0-for-14 with three walks for the Double-A Huntsville Stars at the time of the injury.
