• Why the Bruins will top the Canadiens

After a couple of very mediocre weeks, I finally rebounded by nailing 9-of-10. I think Charlie Sheen would call that "Winning!" In fact, if that darn Oilers rookie Linus Omark hadn't worked his shootout magic against Nashville last Tuesday, I'd have finished a perfect 10-for-10. So close ...

This week, I have nine games to survey. In the East, the match between "Original Six" rivals Montreal and Boston is the marquee tilt. A little later in the evening, the Sharks and Predators will scrap for two (maybe three) points in San Jose. That should be a pretty entertaining game, too.

Here are the Hradek selections for another Tuesday night on ice:

Ottawa Senators at New Jersey Devils

Let me see ... the Devils are 20-2-2 in their last 24 games, while the Senators are 6-14-4 over the same span. Ottawa has played better of late (5-4-1 in its last 10), but I'm not picking against the comeback kids from the great state of New Jersey.
