A ton of recruiting news from around the southeast and Atlantic coast. Here is some of the latest:Receiver Blake Tibbs finally got the offer he had been waiting for. Will he commit to the Dawgs soon after?Florida coach Will Muschamp can't be thrilled that one of his prize commitments -- tailback Mike Davis -- is planning on taking other official visits this season Davis maintains the Gators shouldn't worry but Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson prospects have been unpredictable in the past.Athlete Andre Scott has 30 scholarship offers but he's leaning towards Cincinnatti.
