ESPNU 150 Watch List defensive end Cedric Reed (Cleveland, Texas/Cleveland) was in attendance at the Texas junior day February 13 and picked up an offer from the Longhorns. While many thought the 6-5, 252-pounder with an impressive motor would jump on the offer, he did not and will trip to Norman this weekend for the Sooners' February 20 junior day. The Longhorns join Baylor, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Arkansas, LSU, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Stanford and Vanderbilt in offering.
