ESPNU 150 Watch List safety Sheroid Evans (Sugar Land, Texas/John F. Dulles) picked up his fourth offer on Thursday. Southern California is the latest program to offer the 6-foot-1, 185-pounder. "I wasn't expecting USC to offer me," said Evans. "I had no idea, but it's very exciting."The Trojans join Oklahoma, Baylor and Texas Tech in offering. Evans will attend Texas' junior day Feb. 13 and the Longhorns are expected to give him an offer. Texas A&M, LSU, Michigan, LSU and Colorado, among others are showing interest. He also has a Feb. 20 junior day invite from Texas Tech, but is unlikely to make the trip because of track.Evans currently has the fastest indoor 200-meter time in the nation on the high school level at 21.3 seconds. He ran the blistering 21.3 at a Texas A&M indoor meet on Jan. 9.Michigan offers Houston RBRunning back Jarrell Oliver (Sugar Land, Texas/John F. Dulles) is one of more than a dozen talented runners from the Lone Star State in the 2011 class. The 5-9, 195-pounder with quick feet and terrific vision picked up his first offer this week, from Michigan. Nebraska, Texas A&M, Arizona State, Colorado, TCU and Houston among others are showing interest in the 1,000-yard rusher.Oliver is the latest in a family chalked full of talented running backs. His father, Jarrod Oliver, played at OU in the mid-1980s and uncles, Winslow Oliver and O.C. Oliver, played at New Mexico and Colorado.He attended summer camps at Oklahoma State and Texas.
