• Utah teammates drawing national offers

ESPNU Watch List DE Troy Hinds (Kaysville, Utah/Davis) possesses a rare combination of size and speed. The 6-foot-5, 230-pounder runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds and was recently clocked at 11.1 seconds over 100 meters.Hinds is the player that the Davis program builds everything around on the defensive side of the ball. In an effort to further utilize his athleticism, he is currently being used at tight end in some of the offensive packages. "I think Troy will be recruited with a special need in mind," said Davis coach Ryan Bishop. "Troy is the best pure athlete at his size that I have ever been around. He has tremendous football ability and can just flat-out dominate a game."Hinds is projected as a defensive end at the college level and offers have come in from Nebraska, Arizona State, Utah, BYU, Washington State, Colorado, Arizona and Weber State.Lindsay becoming a leaderZach Lindsay (Kaysville, Utah/Davis) has matured a great deal as a football player over the last year. The 6-7, 285-pound Watch List OT flashes good athleticism for his size and is working hard to further develop his footwork."Zach offers two things you just can't teach, incredible size and strength," said Bishop. "He has been challenged by our coaching staff to assume more of a leadership role, and he has taken on the challenge very well. I truly believe Zach has tremendous upside."Lindsay has received offers from Wisconsin and BYU. Strong interest is also coming from Utah, Oregon, Nebraska, Washington and Utah State.
