Teammates ATH Cedric Dozier and OT Zach Banner (Lakewood, Wash./Lakes) are two of the top players in the Class of 2012 from the state of Washington . The 5-foot-11, 175-pound Dozier is a speedster who's turning heads with his athleticism. "Cedric is a dynamic leader both on and off the playing field," said Lakes coach Dave Miller. "He is one of those special players that makes everyone around him better. I have had the privilege of coaching some great athletes, but I truly believe that Cedric is the best of all. His explosiveness and change of direction are eye-popping. I believe Cedric will be utilized as a corner, safety or slot at the next level, but wouldn't rule out the possibility of him playing QB, if its in the right system."Dozier has received an offer from Washington and is being heavily recruited by Oregon, UCLA, USC and Alabama. Leaning toward Washington, Dozier is still leaving the door open for Alabama -- where his family has ties.Banner could best be described as the total package. The 6-9, 305-pounder is known by his teammates as a relentless competitor that never takes a play off. "Zach is a great student, a fearless leader and a tremendous athlete, he is everything a coach could ask for," said Miller. "Zach has shown improvement each year. He is bending better and continues to increase his strength through the hips and core area."Banner has offers from Alabama, Tennessee, Florida State, Florida, Notre Dame, Texas, USC, Stanford, Oregon, California and Washington. He has unofficially visited USC, Oregon and Washington. "I plan on scheduling some visits, but at this time I am nowhere near making a decision," said Banner.
