• Heels, Devils hold ACC's top five prospects

The Atlantic Coast Conference has historically produced some of the top prospects in the NBA draft, and last season the ACC produced the No. 1 pick, Kyrie Irving. However, the conference didn't produce any other lottery picks and just three other first-round picks.

This season, the ACC should be back to producing more elite NBA prospects, thanks in large part to a stacked North Carolina team. The Tar Heels alone could produce seven first-round picks next year. At least four of them could be lottery picks.

I spoke with a number of NBA scouts to get a take on five players they'll be scouting closely in the ACC this season. Here's the breakdown:

1. Harrison Barnes, G/F, So., North Carolina
Top 100 Rank: 2
