Premier League leader Manchester City makes the trip to Stamford Bridge on Monday to take on fifth-place Chelsea (2:55 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and ESPN3), which is currently 10 points off the lead. By advancing in the Champions League, Chelsea did what City could not, and the Blues look to spoil City's unblemished league record as well. Here are five notes on Monday's match.
• While Manchester City has won three of its past four Premier League meetings with Chelsea, the club has only one victory in its last 13 trips to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea hasn't been sharp at home this season, losing two of its last three league games there, to Arsenal and Liverpool. Chelsea's 11 goals conceded at home are fifth most in the league.
• Man City is the last remaining unbeaten team in the Premier League and is off to the best 14-game start in Premier League history. The last top-flight team to take as many points from its first 14 games was Liverpool in the 1990-91 season. City's current 17-game unbeaten streak in the league, which started on May 10 of last season, is the club's longest since it went 22 games without a loss during the 1946-47 season.
• Man City is currently the highest-scoring team in the Premier League with 48 goals, and its goal difference of plus-35 is the best after 14 games for a top-division team since Sunderland's plus-37 in 1892-93. City is also the first team since 1962-63 Tottenham to score 48 goals after 14 games of a top-flight season.
• Man City has scored 17 more goals than Chelsea this season, but has failed to score in 13 of the last 18 Premier League meetings between the two clubs. Chelsea has failed to score in only four of its 28 Premier League matches against City.
• Daniel Sturridge leads Chelsea with seven Premier League goals this season, while Man City has three players with seven or more, led by Sergio Aguero's 11. Didier Drogba has two league goals this season and is one score away from the 150-goal milestone for Chelsea, which would put him in a three-way tie for fourth on the West London club's all-time scoring list.
