• Chicharito strikes in United draw at Anfield

Liverpool and Manchester United added another chapter to their storied rivalry Saturday as they played to a 1-1 draw Saturday at Anfield. Javier Hernandez scored the equalizer in the 81st minute for United, and since last season, nine of Chicharito's 16 goals in the English Premier League have come in the 73rd minute or later, the most in the league.

Here are some other statistical nuggets from Saturday's match:

•  All of Chicharito's 16 goals in the last two seasons have come from inside the penalty area. He is third in the EPL in goals from the penalty area, behind teammate Dimitar Berbatov (19) and Arsenal's Robin Van Persie (18). Inside the penalty area, Chicharito also strikes from close to goal. Nine of his 16 goals have come from inside the 6-yard box, which is the most in the EPL over the last two seasons.

• Since the 2010-11 season, Chicharito now leads United with six headed goals. It also ties him for third (in a group of six that includes American Clint Dempsey) behind Kenwyne Jones and Steven Fletcher -- who each have seven in the EPL during that span.

• Steven Gerrard, who scored for Liverpool in the 68th minute, made his first EPL start since Liverpool's 3-1 win over United on March 6 last season. Gerrard, who missed the remainder of last season and the beginning portion of this season with a groin injury, has scored five goals in 23 EPL matches versus United.

• This was only the second draw between the two clubs in their last 22 EPL matches, the last of which also came at Anfield, in September 2005. United now has 31 points in 20 EPL matches at Anfield, the most points by a visiting club.
