• Manchester City hosts defending champion Chelsea on Saturday (7:30 a.m. ET on ESPN2 and ESPN3.com). Last season, City was the only Premier League team to take all 6 points against Chelsea -- the first time they've done so since 1957. However, Chelsea is firing on all cylinders, winning its first five league matches by an average of five goals. Not only are the Blues finding the back of the net, they're doing so early, scoring six first-half goals in their last two games. The West Londoners lead the Premier League in goals against, followed by the Citizens, whose keeper, Joe Hart, has a league-leading .900 save percentage.
• West Ham welcomes London rivals Tottenham Hotspur to Upton Park on Saturday. The Hammers got their first point of the season last week with a 1-1 draw at Stoke, and avoided becoming the fourth team in Premier League history to start the season with five straight losses. Though West Ham hasn't beaten Tottenham since the last matchday of the 2005-2006 season -- they are 0-7-1 since then -- their last three wins against the Spurs have come at home.
• Arsene Wenger returns from his one-match touchline ban as Arsenal hosts West Bromwich Albion. The Gunners, coming off a dramatic 4-1 win over rival Tottenham in the Carling Cup, have been scoring five goals per game at home, compared to 1.33 on the road. History is not on the Baggies' side. Since 2005, West Brom is 0-10-4 on the road against all London sides, including 0-3-0 versus Arsenal.
• Aston Villa visits Wolverhampton on Sunday. If last year's Midlands derbies were any indication of what to expect, don't be surprised if there are late heroics. Both meetings last season ended in a draw, with the home team salvaging a point by scoring an equalizer in the final 10 minutes.
• Birmingham City hosts Wigan in midfielder Alexander Hleb's home league debut. The Blues have the longest active home unbeaten streak in the Premier League with eight wins and nine draws in their last 17 games, matching their previous longest streak from 1979-1980. Wigan has scored the fewest number of goals (two) of any Premier League team this season, and it's been held scoreless in four of its last six visits to St. Andrews Stadium.
