Inglewood (Calif.) two-way standout Derrick Woods hasn't set up any of his official visits yet but has a good idea of where his first two trips will be.Woods is one of the state's top players at receiver and safety and is being recruited as an athlete by most of the programs going after him. His preference is definitely the offensive side of the ball and that's where he's hoping to start out his college career."I'm going to set up my visits pretty soon here and the first schools I want to visit are Oklahoma and Alabama," Woods said. "Those are two big-time national programs and it was a huge honor to get offered by them. I want to visit them during the season so I can go to a game and see what the atmosphere is like on a game weekend."Woods has four other programs high on his list, all much closer to home than the Sooners and Crimson Tide."I like USC and Oregon a lot, both are real cool," Woods said. "I want to take all five visits and I'm looking hard at both of these programs, although I'm not sure I need to visit USC because I've been there so many times. Arizona is in my top five too and I like those coaches a lot. "They have been recruiting me really hard and I'm going to check them out for sure. Of all those schools, Oregon is the one that isn't talking to me as much as the others. I'm not sure if they're not as high on me any more but it has definitely been a while since we've had any contact. If they decide to go in a different direction, Washington will jump in my top five. I'm cool with their coaches and like Demetrice Martin a lot."
