Upland (Calif.) High School wideout Kenny Lawler was an early commitment to Arizona State but was always planning to take his official visits. He has as good idea of three of his visits and is still figuring out the last two.Lawler's recruitment has been interesting to follow. After he committed to ASU, he seemed to lose interest in the Sun Devils and it appeared the two parties would be going their separate ways. "ASU picked things up and have been recruiting me pretty good all summer," Lawler said. "I kind of stopped hearing from them but they're back and I'm still committed there. I'm going to take official visits to ASU, Nebraska and Washington and I'm waiting on those last two."One school that may have backed off Lawler a bit is Oregon State. The Beavers offered in June after Lawler camped in Corvallis and was very high on his list."I haven't heard from Oregon State in a while," Lawler said. "I still like them but they're not talking with me right now. I like UCLA a lot too but they're local so I'm not sure if I'll take an official visit there. I'm still thinking about that one because some people have said I should visit my five favorite schools no matter where they're at so we'll see."
