With the start of college football season still a month away, Arizona State is nearly done with its recruiting class after picking up two more commitments earlier this week. The Sun Devils landed a pair of talented offensive lineman and now have 21 verbal commitments. Stephon McCray (Fresno, Calif./Bullard) and Evan Goodman (Lakeland, Fla./Lakeland) both announced for the Sun Devils and are among the top linemen from their respective regions.McCray is a guard prospect who chose ASU over offers from Colorado, Fresno State, Iowa State and Washington State. He was the Stanford Nike Camp OL MVP as a sophomore two years ago and visited Tempe unofficially earlier in the spring."I knew scholarships were running low," McCray said. "ASU was my favorite visit and if I waited too long, there might not be a spot for me. I wanted to commit before the season started and I always wanted to play in the Pac-12 so this is a great fit for me."Goodman was a major coup for the Sun Devils and committed over offers from some of the nation's top heavyweight programs including Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Miami, Nebraska and Notre Dame. The Sun Devils had an ace up their sleeve in this one as Goodman's twin brother, Devin, signed with ASU last February. The lineman said he still plans to take his official visits and probably will check out Auburn, Notre Dame and Nebraska during the fall.
