The Elite 11 quarterback camp is in full swing and several West Coast signal-callers have represented themselves very well. Brewer, who has had a great week of practice, was the second quarterback in this group to make his college choice, announcing for the Longhorns just a few days after signing day in February. With Texas expected to run an offense similar to what Boise State has been running, Brewer is a great fit there and the fact that he has a sister who swims for the Horns is an added bonus.Preston Dewey (Austin, Texas/St. Andrews)

Although not a West Coast quarterback, Dewey had an early offer from UCLA and took an unofficial visit to Westwood last spring.
