• The Tiger Woods divorce papers

Here is the divorce petition that had the sports world -- actually, the whole world -- talking this week. On Monday, Tiger (aka Eldrick Tont) and Elin Woods called it quits in Panama City, Fla., signing this petition that ends their six-year marriage and provides for shared custody of their two children, Sam, 3, and Charlie, 18 months. The petition doesn't give any financial details of the settlement. (TMZ puts the figure that Elin is walking away with at $100 million.) But it does give Elin her old name back, Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren. And it includes this certificate from the American Safety Institute, showing that Tiger completed its four-hour Parent Education and Family Stabilization course.

Tiger, of course, would rather that we not see this. His website removed any mention of the divorce. As USA Today notes, the big news in Tigerland is that he won an Ultimate Sports Website Award.

Uh, congratulations, Tiger.
