The two Cuban players who last week were declared free agents by Major League Baseball have terminated their relationship with agent Jaime Torres and are now being represented by the SFX agency as of Wednesday morning. Agents Fernando Cuza and Diego Bentz, who represent such Latino stars as Alfonso Soriano, Vladimir Guerrero and Miguel Tejada, will handle the negotiations for left-handed pitcher Noel Arguelles and infielder Jose Iglesias, who are considered the top two Cuban free agents on the market.
"We're going to do their deal right now," Bentz said when reached by phone.
