In September of 2012, Ride BMX Magazine reached a milestone that few, if any, BMX magazines will reach: 20 years of publishing (BMX Plus! is the only other monthly BMX magazine to accomplish this goal). To commemorate the milestone, Ride released a monumental issue (No. 185) documenting the 20 most influential riders to appear on the pages of Ride BMX Magazine, complete with iconic photos from the Ride archives and words of praise from the Ride staff about the riders that have shaped the sport. It's one of those issues that warrants a cover-to-cover read for anyone that rides BMX (at least that's how I felt about the issue).

But, Ride had more in store than just the magazine. Last week, they played host to a party at the TransWorld headquarters in Carlsbad, Calif., complete with a park session, magazine exhibit and an appearance by Jimmy Levan. Click play and go find a copy of issue 185 of Ride BMX Magazine.
