• Aaron Ross creates to destroy for Fox

A few times a year, Austin, Texas, super pro Aaron Ross graces the BMX world with distinct web videos reminding us all about the things that really matter in BMX -- riding with friends, having fun, not taking anything too seriously [even when you can't land a rollback to backwards rail and smash your bike repeatedly in frustration], having good race style. On Thursday, Ross dropped a new video for Fox Denim that showcases the not-so-serious side of him at home in Austin, from racing on the weekends to stationary hop whips for photo shoots, and it's embedded above.

What really grabbed me about the above video is Ross' roots in racing, and the fact he still takes the time to get back to his beginnings. I know I'm old and watch too many bike videos already, but it's always hugely apparent to me when a street rider comes from a race background, and aside from Chad Kerley, you don't see too much of it anymore.

But that's not all that Ross debuted this week. In between his hectic schedule earlier this year, he took the time to shoot a wallride for a Hot Wheels commercial. Check the video below and look for a special Hot Wheels announcement from the X Games next week.
