Will you watch Wallenda's Niagara walk?
Jun 13, 2012 07:48 AM
Daredevil Nik Wallenda is going to Niagara Falls, but unlike millions of tourists, he won't find satisfaction in simply boarding the Maid of the Mist ferry boat ride. To really experience the Falls, Wallenda is rigging a 2-inch wide tightrope across the Falls from the American side to the Canadian side, walking across it amid blinding mist and high winds, and broadcasting it live on ABC for everyone to see. Will you tune in?

Got plans Friday night?

There is no Kevin Durant vs. LeBron James on Friday night so will you kick back with a beverage and a snack and watch Wallenda vs. Niagara?

VOTE:

Will he or won't he?

Wallenda is being required by sponsors to use a harness, something he is not used to doing. He has hinted at removing it just before starting his walk. Would he be so bold?

VOTE:

Vacation destination?

Niagara Falls, like most cities, felt the impact of the economic recession, but it remains a popular destination for tourists from all around the world.

VOTE:

A daredevil in you?

Wallenda isn't the first to go across the Falls on a tightrope (first in 116 years, however) and a few have gone over in a barrel. Pick your poison?

VOTE:

Fear of falling?

As a tightrope walker, a fear of heights is sort of a dealbreaker. Does the idea of looking down from a bird's-eye view make you queasy?
