Happy #NationalSiblingDay!
It's impressive for one person to make the big leagues, but it's even more incredible when brother or sister duos -- and sometimes trios -- make it to the highest level of their sport. In honor of this day, we take a look at 10 of the top siblings in the world of sports today:
Peyton and Eli Manning
Arguably the most notable pair on the list, Peyton and Eli have combined for three Super Bowl titles, 789 touchdowns, more than 109,466 yards passing and two "Saturday Night Live" hosting gigs.
Venus and Serena Williams
This duo has combined for 26 Grand Slam singles titles, and they have met in eight singles finals. Both sisters have been ranked No. 1 at some point in their careers.
Pau and Marc Gasol
In February, the Gasol brothers became the first set of NBA brothers to start an All-Star Game. They were also the first set of brothers to play in the game since Tom and Dick Van Arsdale made it as reserves in the early 1970s.
Jim and John Harbaugh
Both brothers were coaches in the NFL (and Jim is now the head coach at Michigan). They are the only brothers to ever coach against each other in the Super Bowl, with John's Ravens besting Jim's 49ers 34-31 in 2013.
Chandler, Arthur and Jon Jones
It's a cross-sport sibling rivalry, as Chandler and Arthur Jones play in the NFL, while Jon "Bones" Jones fights in the UFC. Chandler and Arthur have both won a Super Bowl, and Jon (21-1 career) is the current light heavyweight champion.
Brook and Robin Lopez
The previous time the Lopez twins played against each other, Brook scored 32 and the Brooklyn Nets came out on top. Both were drafted in 2008 out of Stanford, with Brook going 10th overall to the Nets and Robin going 15th overall to the Phoenix Suns.
Yadier, Jose and Bengie Molina
The Molinas have a combined 39 years of MLB experience and five World Series titles. Yadier has gone to six straight All-Star games with the St. Louis Cardinals, Jose is with the Tampa Bay Rays and Bengie is in retirement. They are the only three brothers in MLB history to all win a World Series.
Henrik and Daniel Sedin
Both Sedins were drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in 1999. Daniel was drafted second overall, while Henrik went one spot after him. They have combined for 545 goals and 1,788 points.
Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko
Both brothers were boxing heavyweight world champions at some point in their careers. Wladimir still competes and is scheduled to face undefeated American heavyweight champion Bryant Jennings in May. Vitali is now the mayor of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.
Bob and Mike Bryan
Known for their dominating performance in doubles competition, the Bryans are arguably the best tennis duo of all time. The pair has won 16 Grand Slam titles and several Olympic medals, including a gold at the 2012 London Olympics.
