Wednesday evening, hundreds of Jeff "Ox" Kargola's closest friends and family gathered at the San Clemente pier to paddle out in his memory. Organized by longtime friend and surfing legend Sunny Garcia, the paddle out served as a final goodbye to Ox, with his more traditional memorial taking place the prior day's morning.
We stopped by to pay our respects to Ox and document this monumental and beautiful occasion. But since we all knew Ox as the amazing FMX rider he was, we had to kick the video off with some footage of him shredding the ramps ... it's only right, don't you agree? Rest in Peace Ox. You may be gone for now, but you'll never be forgotten.
