Take a warm-up quiz
This Monday night at 9 p.m. ET, ESPN.com hosts a
live trivia contest in our Trivia chat room. We'll provide the
questions, and you'll compete against other Internet users to come up
with the answers the fastest. The winner at the end of the evening will
be awarded an ESPN.com prize.
Our questions will range from sport to sport, with an emphasis on
in-season sports. The contests will take place in the
the trivia chat room.
The rules are simple. ESPN.com's versions of Alex Trebek -- we
call them Homer, Slappy and Louisiana Lightning -- will post one trivia question at a time. The first five people to post the correct answer will get points. If
you post the correct answer first, you get more points than if you post
the right answer fifth.
There are four rounds, with the questions increasing in difficulty and
point value from one round to the next. There will be at least two
questions per round.
